Delivery Information


    Delivery Time:

    • Our standard delivery time is 10:30AM and 2PM business days from the date of purchase.
    • Monday -Sunday (10.30AM & 2PM ) delivery around Keningau
    • Monday - Sunday (10AM) outstation delivery
    • For customized orders and refurbish , delivery time may vary. Please refer to the product page for details.


    Delivery Charges:

    • We offer free shipping on all orders within  Keningau.
    • For orders outside Keningau, shipping charges may apply. Please check the shipping cost at the checkout.
    • For customers outside the Keningau area, no delivery charge will be charged for purchases of  RM 2,500 and above.


    Delivery Process:

    • Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details.
    • Our logistics team will update you on the delivery schedule.
    • You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.


    Assembly:

    • Some of our products require assembly. Assembly instructions will be provided with the product.

    Tracking:

    • You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

    Shipping Locations:

    • We currently only ship within Keningau , Nabawan , Tambunan , Papar , Sook & Tenom.


    International Shipping: 

    • We do not offer international shipping at this time.


    Order Processing: 

    • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 working days upon receipt of payment.


    Returns and Refunds:

    • We guarantee the safe delivery of your products. In the rare event that a product is confirmed as damaged during transit, we will exchange to a new piece of furniture.
    • To initiate a return for inspection, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer support for further instructions.
